​A taste of authentic Southern Cuisine.  Executive Chef James Morris is a strong proponent of the Slow Food Movement and uses the finest ingredients from local purveyors.  Within our menu, you'll find ingredients sourced locally from Burgundy Pasture Beef from Grandview, Micro-greens from Genes Greens from Keller, Lucky Layla yogurt from Garland, Velhuizen cheeses from Dublin and stone-ground grits and other products from Homestead Gristmill near Elm Mott.


We are also pleased to announce that Vidalias is recognized by the Texas Department of Agriculture as an official GO TEXAN restaurant.  As a participant in this program, Vidalias is part of an elite group of establishments dedicated to using the best quality products Texas purveyors have to offer.
